When you use services related to screen sharing, we will access your application list, photos, and files to provide relevant services. 2.Device Permission Requests (1) Storage Permission: When you use this application, we request and obtain this permission to ensure the stable operation of the installed applications on your device. We promise to only read or cache information necessary for the application. If you do not require this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect the use of other services.
(2) Network Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide services such as application search, discovery, parsing, connection, as well as screen sharing, multimedia, and more. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, but it may affect the normal functioning of the core features of the application.
(3) Location Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to obtain the SSID information of the currently connected Wi-Fi on your device. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(4) Wi-Fi Modification Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide the scanning and connection to large-screen hotspots through QR codes. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(5) Camera Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide camera services within the application. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(6) Gallery Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide access to the gallery and screenshot services within the application. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(7) Microphone Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide voice services within the application. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(8) Media Library Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide audio sharing services within the application. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(9) Third-party Application Installation Permission: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide application upgrade functionality. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services.
(10) Ad Push Permission: When you use this application, we may recommend contextual advertisements to you through third-party SDKs.
(11) Overlay Permission on Other Applications: When you use this application, we require this permission to provide annotation features during screen sharing. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time, and it will not affect other services. You can manage your system permissions by visiting the system "Settings" at any time. 3.Protection of Children This application is intended for use by adults only. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your guardian to use this application and agree to the terms of service for the relevant application. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervising their use of this application. 4.Transfer of Personal Information Data Your screen sharing receiving device's MAC address will only be uploaded to our server when the Kshare software on the screen sharing receiver is activated. Other device information and all your personal information obtained by this product will not be uploaded to the server and will only be stored locally on your device. 5.Data Storage 5.1 When the Kshare software on the screen sharing receiver is activated, it will obtain and save the MAC address of your screen sharing receiving device and upload it to our server.
5.2 Your files will be automatically saved to the screen sharing receiver after screen sharing (but will not be uploaded to the server).
5.3 Regarding personal information stored locally on your device, you can independently edit, delete, and exercise any legitimate rights in your local storage. We cannot and will not engage in any unauthorized editing, deletion, or use of personal information stored on your device.
5.4 For the information that our server can obtain and store:
(1) We will retain your personal information as described in this privacy policy as long as we have a legitimate business and operational need, such as providing services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
(2) We will protect your personal information properly. If you request that we delete your personal information, we will delete it as requested, provided that the deletion does not violate applicable laws. If deletion cannot be accomplished, we will take appropriate measures, such as anonymization, to ensure the security of your personal information.
